WHO WE ARE

We believe that while talent is distributed globally, access to the best technology is not.

As multi-time founders from MIT and Techstars, we're deeply passionate about empowering the people that make up the tech ecosystem. Our journey began when we were building our previous company and we witnessed firsthand the remarkable contributions of remote software engineers from around the world. Despite their talent, finding remote engineers with similar capabilities was a constant struggle.

OUR STORY

As challenging as scaling a remote engineering team was for our first company, we realized it’s even more daunting for the engineers seeking these roles. Too often, resumes from engineers outside the US are overlooked by US-based tech companies, ending up in the "too hard" pile.

In 2019, we launched Telescoped to change that. Telescoped empowers engineers to build communities, find jobs, and develop their reputations to stand out when applying to roles outside their home countries. Our platform also supports engineers and companies with payroll, benefits, and direct access to our dedicated Telescoped team. We make it seamless for companies to hire the best engineers abroad.
